At the heart of our organization is Dr. Stacy Jagger; the The Founder of Music City Family Therapy, creator of the Mountain Method™, author of The 30 Day Blackout, & frequent mental health contributor to news affiliates in her hometown of Nashville, TN. Often praised for her connection based, rapid results approach to relational and family challenges, Stacy earned the nickname “Dr. Sassy” from her clients. Her ability to connect to the child within and boldly speak hard truths with humor has facilitated healing for individuals, children, and families across the country since 2012.
Dr. Jagger has converted over a decade’s worth of knowledge & experience into services and tools that empower Families, Clinicians, & Executives to create stronger connections to themselves, their loved ones, & their own meaningful work.
